PRODUCTION LINE
COLORING SCHEME
This is the first and most important step in the production of edge banding.
The color matching process determines whether the background color of the final product matches.
We mix the PVC powder, toner and other auxiliary materials in a certain proportion to match the color of the customer's needs.
In this process, it is not only the ability of our technicians will be tested, but also the raw materials.
Capad is well aware of the importance of this link. Our technical staff are experts with at least 20 years of experience in the industry.
So we have full confidence in the control of color matching.
This is the second step of the entire process.
Surface embossing and back glue will be completed in this link.
When the extrusion machine is working, the specifications of the mold determine the thickness and width of the product.
But this is not the only factor. The speed of extrusion will slightly affect the size and thickness of the finished product.
At the same time, temperature is also a very critical factor.
If the temperature is adjusted incorrectly, it is likely that the raw materials will not melt completely, and granular defects will appear on the finished product.
This is what Capad did not want to see.
This means that technicians must have sufficient control experience.
This is why extrusion technicians, like color matching technicians, are one of the company's highest paid positions.
Because their job requirements are also higher.
PRINTING WORKSHOP
This is the third process of the entire production line.
At this point, the entire production process is nearing completion.
But this is still a crucial step.
Textured products will be produced in this step.
Technicians will select or customize a suitable plate roller according to the sample to color and produce a product consistent with the customer's sample.
At the same time, quality inspection will also be carried out in this link. After the first batch of products are produced, we will first compare the samples and confirm that there is no difference in color from the samples before proceeding to subsequent production.
Therefore, there is no need to worry about whether the color of the product will not meet the expectations.

PACKING AREA
This is the fourth process.
When the product is finished, we will gather the goods to the loading area.
Here, we will affix customized label information to the edge banding according to your instructions.
Then put the products into customized cartons and wait for transportation.
